Archive a build of your app to distribute to TestFlight or to the App Store.

How to archive your app:

  1. Have a working version of your app
  2. In Xcode, at the top, set the build target to “Any iOS Device”
  3. Select Product -> Archive.
  4. When the archive is finished, a new screen will pop up. Click “Validate App.”
  5. Once validated, you can distribute your app. Click “Distribute App”, then “App Store Connect” to send it to either TestFlight or the App Store.
